Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 package dates
2 cups water

Steps:

  • Kneed butter, flour, oats and sugar together in bowl. Over medium low heat on the stove simmer dates and water until soft. Press 1/2 mixture of rolled oats on bottom of square pan. Press dates in, sprinkle rolled oats on top. Bake 350 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
