Dee Dee's Tuna Salad Sandwich image

This is a salad that I've been eating since I can remember. My mother made this often and I still love it today! She would serve it on white sandwich bread spread with mayonnaise or we would eat on soda crackers. A quick and easy salad. Serve on a lettuce lined roll and garnish with olives or tomatoes Hope you enjoy!

I'm not a fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt instead. It was a healthier option, and it still tasted great.

I'm allergic to celery, so I used chopped cucumber instead. It was a great substitute!
