Who doesn't love apple pie. Make it into a rollup and you have kids eating good food - happily. Gift ideas: include in a fruit roll up basket with assorted homemade fruit rollups. Add a few to a tea or coffee basket. Add to a breakfast basket.

Steps:
- 1. In a blender mix all ingredients until pureed. Pour onto solid fruit leather sheets; dry at 135º for 4 to 8 hours, or until leathery. Remove from sheets while still warm. Let cool slightly. Roll in plastic wrap and store in dark , dry cool place or in the freezer.
