No Bake Pineapple Pie image

This recipe yields two pies. Halve the ingredients to make just one pie. "Cook Time" is chill time.

16 oz cool whip
14 oz condensed milk
20 oz crushed pineapple
1/2 c pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 9" graham cracker pie crusts

Steps:

  • 1. Drain the crushed pineapple (reserving the juice for another recipe, if desired). Mix all of the ingredients (cool whip through lemon juice), then fill the pie shells. Chill until set, then serve.
