Dole's Paradise Smoothie image

I found this recipe on the back of a Dole pineapple juice can. DH and I really enjoy it and it makes a super-quick healthy drink any time of the day.

15 1/4 ounces dole's tropical fruit, undrained (1 can)
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 small banana
3/4 cup ice cube

Steps:

  • Combine tropical fruit, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover, blend until smooth.
