Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350; grease and flour one tube pan or 2 small loaf pans.
- 2. Dredge candied orange peel in flour.
- 3. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and orange extract. Beat on medium until well blended.
- 4. Mix in candied fruit and pour into prepared pan(s).
- 5. Bake 1hr, check center with a toothpick.
- 6. Glaze: Combine powdered sugar and orange juice; drizzle onto cooled cake.
