- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine apples and brown sugar in a large Dutch oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Combine milk, flour, and oats. Pour mixture over apples and brown sugar.
- Bake for 1 hour. Serve.
