EASY CABBAGE CASSEROLE image

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium head cabbage, sliced
1 can(s) condensed tomato soup
1 can(s) diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  • 2. Stir in the sliced cabbage, tomato soup, tomatoes (with liquid), salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
