OK, Fabulous Chicken & Rice Recipe EVER!My 15 year old son walked in the door after football practice and said "man dinner smells Great, Mom!" My husband had 2 helpings also!

Steps:
- 1. In a large Bowl, combined chicken,soups,onion,garlic powder,rice, and diced carrots. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2. Add cooked chicken to rice mixture to a greased 13 x9 baking dish. Top with cheese Bake for 40 min. Add non fat Sour cream, if desired to each individual plate serving.
