2 c almond flour
1 c quick oats
1 c sugar
1/16 tsp almond extract
3 egg whites
1 c sliced almonds

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 2. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Lightly beat the egg whites for 2 minutes
  • 4. In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour, Sugar, Oats, Almond extract
  • 5. Add the beaten egg whites and mix to form a paste.
  • 6. Create 24 1-inch balls of dough
  • 7. Pour sliced almonds into a bowl.
  • 8. Dip each ball of dough into the slice almonds.
  • 9. Place the balls on the parchment paper and gently flatten each ball
  • 10. Bake for 15 minutes.
