Easy-Quick Broccoli Salad image

Carrot sticks can be added if your family likes them (I'm the only one in mine that does) and you should adjust dressing accordingly. The addition of the carrot sticks also give the salad color and make it pretty I think, unfortunately my husband hates carrots.

The broccoli in this salad was a bit tough. I would blanch it for a few minutes before adding it to the salad next time.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the dressing next time.

I'm not usually a fan of broccoli salad, but this recipe changed my mind. The dressing is light and tangy, and the broccoli is still crisp. I'll definitely be making this again.
