Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl mix the potatoes, onion, garlic, ham, flour, salt and pepper and cheese.
- 2. Pour into a greased baking dish, pour milk over , place butter pats on top, place a lid on and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour remove lid and bake another 45 minutes to a hour or till potatoes are done.
