Edamame Salad image

So simple and yet so good. I had never tried Edamame before and thought, hmm, why not. I tried one and thought it would make a wonderful salad. I'm glad I was right.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 bag of frozen, shelled, edamame
gouda cheese to taste
3 diced roma tomatoes
3-4 tablespoons chopped onion
balsamic vinegar dressing to taste
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook and cool edamame according to the package. Add all ingredients and chill before serving.
