Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb ground pork, cooked and drained of grease
1 beaten egg
3 -5 stalks green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 bunch of lark bean thread noodles (soak in hot water for 10 minutes then cut with scissors until the noodles are small pieces)
1/2 cup fresh bean sprout
soy sauce
fish sauce (optional)
1 package egg roll wrap
oil (for frying)
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a skillet cook the pork until no pink remains.
  • Drain of grease and set aside in a bowl.
  • Add the beaten egg to the pork, along with chopped green onions, bean sprouts, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Mix all together.
  • Add the softened bean thread noodles and the soy sauce and fish sauce, if using.
  • I use about 2 teaspoons of soy and just a dash of fish sauce.
  • It depends on your taste.
  • Mix all together.
  • Place a heaping tablespoon of meat mix in the wrapper, close to the edge.
  • Wrap as directed on package.
  • Deep fry in Peanut oil or vegetable oil until golden brown.
