This is a really tasty and quick soup to make - a good choice for after a long day at the office. I used mild salsa but it still packed quite a nice punch.

Steps:
- 1. Place beans and liquid in a medium saucepan.
- 2. Partially mash beans with a potato masher.
- 3. Place over high heat;stir in salsa, chili powder and broth.
- 4. Bring to boil.
- 5. Ladle soup into bowls.
- 6. Top with cheese, sour cream, onions and cilantro to taste.
- 7. Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.
