Steps:
- 1. Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.
- 2. Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.
- 3. Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
- 4. Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
