This recipe is a great way to use up leftover fish. I had some cooked salmon that I needed to use up, and this dish was perfect. The sauce is creamy and flavorful, and it really helped to elevate the salmon.

This dish was a disappointment. The fish was dry and overcooked, and the sauce was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out well.
