I had a hard time finding blood oranges at my local grocery store. I ended up using regular oranges, and the salad still turned out great!

I love the combination of sweet and savory in this salad. The orange segments are perfectly complemented by the salty feta cheese.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover oranges. I also like to add a handful of chopped walnuts for a little extra crunch.
