1/4 cup vinegar, red wine and or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine all in a lidded jar.
  • Shake vigorously.
