These kabobs are a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some strawberries, blueberries, and bananas that were about to go bad, so I threw them on skewers and made these kabobs. They were a delicious and healthy snack.

These kabobs are a great make-ahead snack or party appetizer. I love that I can prep them ahead of time and then just pop them in the oven when I'm ready to serve.

The poppy seed dip was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the kabobs themselves were delicious.
