Fresh Watermelon Gazpacho image

This soup is lightly sweet with just a little bite of heat from the jalapeno. The combination of both blended and diced melon and cucumber, plus the blueberries, also give it a nice contrast in texture.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my soup turned out really bitter. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened. I'm disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying this recipe.

This recipe is a waste of time. The soup is flavorless and it's not even refreshing. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed. The soup was bland and watery. I think I'll stick to traditional gazpacho recipes in the future.
