I'm not a big fan of sausages, but I loved this dish! The peppers and onions were so flavorful that I didn't even miss the meat. I would definitely make this again, even without the sausages.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my peppers and onions were mushy. The sausages were cooked through, but they were a bit dry. I think I'll try this recipe again with a few modifications.

This recipe is a great starting point for fried peppers, onions, and sausages. I like to add a few extra ingredients, like mushrooms, zucchini, and bell peppers. I also like to use a variety of sausages, like Italian, chorizo, and kielbasa.

This dish was a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The peppers and onions were cooked to perfection, and the sausages were very flavorful. I would recommend using a milder sausage if you don't like spicy food.
