cheese
bread (sandwiches of your choice, ham and cheese are my favorite, experiment!)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Make sandwiches with your favorite filling.
  • Combine the next 5 ingredients till smooth.
  • Dip sandwiches into batter and fry in hot (390°) deep fat until brown.
  • ENJOY.
