Fried Spam and Potatoes-kl image

The only way I will eat Spam is fried.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) spam, cubed
5 potatoes
1 onion
2 Tbsp oil
seasoned salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Slice the potaoes by cutting in half lengthwise then slicing.
  • 2. Chop the onion.
  • 3. Dice up the spam.
  • 4. Heat oil in a heavy skillet on Medium heat.
  • 5. Add Potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes stirring often.
  • 6. Add the onion and Spam. Continue to cook stirring often until potatoes are crisp and Spam has good color.
