These quesadillas were a disappointment. The vegetables were mushy and the cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this recipe.

These quesadillas were good, but not great. The vegetables were a bit overcooked and the cheese was not melted evenly. I think I would have liked them better if I had cooked them for a shorter amount of time.

These quesadillas were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had used a more flavorful cheese. The vegetables were cooked well, though.

These quesadillas were easy to make and so delicious! The vegetables were crisp-tender and the cheese was melted and gooey. I loved the flavor of the grilled corn and zucchini. I will definitely be making these again.
