Garlic Grilled Salami and Cheese ! image

On the Grill or on the Griddle.... this sandwich is out of this world good! My daughter Noel created this sandwich for her children, and it has become a very popular alternative to a plain grilled cheese sandwich! This is easy to make, and takes an old standby to a whole new level....

This recipe is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the grilled salami and cheese sandwiches and they don't even notice the vegetables.
