This pizza is a great way to use up leftover sauerkraut and bacon. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

The crust was a little too crispy for my liking. I think I'll bake it for a shorter amount of time next time.

This pizza was a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less bacon next time.

This was my first time making a German pizza, and it turned out great! I used a store-bought pizza dough, but the toppings were all homemade. The sauerkraut and bacon were especially good.
