Steps:
- 1. Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the ginger, salt, and white pepper and marinate 30 minutes. Mix the water and next 6 ingredients together and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet add the oil and add the shrimp and stir fry 2 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside. Add the onion and garlic stir fry 1 minute. Add the shrimp back to pan and add the water mixture and bring to a boil.
- 3. once thickened add the shrimp back into the pan. Cook 1 minute
