Yield Makes about 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup chilled whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger

Steps:

  • Beat chilled whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract in bowl to soft peaks. Stir in chopped crystallized ginger. Cover and chill up to 6 hours.
