GINGERED BEEF AND ASPARAGUS STIR-FRY image

Number Of Ingredients 3

3/4 lb flank steak cut into thin strips
1/2 cup sherry, 2T soy sauce, 1T minced ginger,
2 cloves garlic minced, 1t lemon zest, iT sesame oil, 1lb asparagus in 2 inch pieces, 1 cup julienne carrots, 1 cup diagonally sliced celery, 1 red bell julienne, 1 onion thinly sliced, 2t corn starch, Cooked brown rice, 1T tasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Marinade beef in first five ingredients for 2 hrs covered in fridge. Heat oil in wok stir fry veggies until tender-crisp---remove and set asside Drain beef and stir for 2-3 min. Add cornstarch to marinade and mix well Add marinade mixture and veggies to beef until warm and sauce begins to thicken slightly Serve over rice with sesame seeds as garnish
