This fruity dessert is refreshingly cool and light with a hint of richness. It's just right for a company meal or a pleasant afternoon treat. I like to serve it in sherbet glasses with mint sprigs for an elegant look. -Nina Rohlfs, Unadilla, Nebraska

I had some trouble getting the sorbet to freeze properly. I ended up having to freeze it for longer than the recipe called for.

This sorbet is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using less honey if you're not a fan of overly sweet desserts.
