This strata was a little too dry for my taste. I think I would add more milk or cream next time.

The strata was good, but I think it would have been better if I had used a different type of bread. The bread I used was too dense and didn't soak up the egg mixture very well.

This strata was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time.

This strata was a hit at our brunch! The goat cheese, artichoke, and smoked ham flavors complemented each other perfectly. The bread cubes soaked up the egg mixture and became fluffy and tender. I will definitely be making this again.
