Golden Parmesan Potatoes image

I love the ease of these delicious potatoes. They remind of restaurant style Mojo's but not as spicy. They have a delightful crispy crust on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. And since I prefer to control what is in the mix I know they won't be too salty so it's good for our diet.

The potatoes were a bit bland. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time.

These potatoes were a bit too crispy for my taste. I think I would cook them for a shorter amount of time next time.

I'm not a big fan of Parmesan cheese, but I really enjoyed these potatoes. The cheese flavor was subtle and not overpowering.
