Grandma's Baked Corn image

Holidays or family gatherings are never the same without grandma's baked corn. She is gone now, so I treasure this recipe. Prep time is apporoximate. I'm not sure of the servings. We were a family of 6, but no matter how much she made, we never had any left over.

I don't recommend this recipe. It's bland and boring.

I'm not a big fan of corn, but I actually liked this recipe. The cheese and bread crumbs really made a difference.

This was a great side dish for our summer cookout. The corn was perfectly cooked and the cheese was melted and gooey.
