- Saute; onions in melted shortening.
- Mix together bread cubes, celery, baking powder, sauteed onions, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning, and slightly beaten eggs. Mixture will be dry.
- Pack lightly into uncooked turkey. Roast turkey as directed.
