GREEN BEANS, CORN, AND PEA SALAD image

1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 chopped red pepper
16 oz frozen white corn, thawed
16 oz frozen french cut green beans, thawed
16 oz frozen small baby green peas, thawed

Steps:

  • Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat. Cover and chill at least two hours or up to 8 hours. Stir before serving.
