Green Goddess Dressing (Vegetarian) image

This is my favorite salad dressing. It has a light but savory flavor, and a beautiful pale green color. From Laurel's Kitchen cookbook. Enjoy!

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste, but I think it would be great on a salad with grilled chicken or fish.
