Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole image

If you love cabbage as much as I do you will enjoy this quick dish. I sometimes omit the spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Instead I season the ground beef with Chinese Five Spice and then you have a different casserole.

I'm allergic to cabbage. Do you have any suggestions for a substitute vegetable?

I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a casserole dish. Do you think I could make it in a Dutch oven instead?

This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time.
