Have Beer, Will Marinate ( Steak Marinade) image

I found this in a newspaper. I like to make recipes that use beer as an ingredient since I have a surplus around for guests.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
4 tablespoons parsley
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Marinate meat in mixture for a few hours to overnight.
  • Cover and refrigerate while marinating.
  • Cook meat as desired (BBQ or Broil).
