Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350.
- 2. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green pepper, olives and thyme; mix lightly.
- 3. For each sandwich, top bread slice wtih 1/4 cup tuna mixture; cover with slice of cheese.
- 4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts.
