Steps:
- Cook & drain spinach, squeezing out all juice. Mix spinach w/ cold rice. Blend lightly beaten eggs w/ hot milk, butter, all seasonings and half of the cheese; pour over spinach mixture. Stir well; then spoon spinach mixture into shallow rectangular dish. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake at 350* for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a knife a inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cut into squares.
