THere are so many versions of this wonderful little packet, and veryone has there own favorite! Especiallly if you have ever been camping. Cooked over a campfire, or a charcoal grill.There is something about eating outside everything tastes so much better. Meat, potatoes, and most any vegetable...a little S&P a dab of butter....

Steps:
- 1. Lay piece of foil on table. Place uncooked cube steak on the foil. Then the cut carrot coins. Next the sliced potato. Last the sliced onion. Dot with butter...salt & pepper. Close up foil to make a sealed package. Bake 1 hour at 375 F.Open and enjoy. Careful...steam is hot... **As it turned out .. I was at home , running a fever.. so this turned out to be my birthday dinner!... I only need a couple bites......YUM!! Then finished it two days later!
