HOLIDAY YAM BAKE
This yam bake is good anytime not just the holidays!

Number Of Ingredients 7
Steps:
- 1. Drain yams; mash well.
- 2. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.Add juice to yams.
- 3. Add sugar and butter; beat well.
- 4. Stir in pineapple and pecans, and raisins is optional!
- 5. Spray inside of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
- 6. Spoon in mixture..
- 7. Bake for 20 minutes. @ 350 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows. BAKE 10 minutes longer.
