This stew is a great make-ahead meal. I often make it on the weekend and then reheat it for dinner during the week. It's a great way to have a home-cooked meal without having to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I love that this stew is so versatile. You can add or remove vegetables depending on what you have on hand. I also like to experiment with different types of beer or wine.

This stew is amazing! I made it last night and my family loved it. The beef was so tender and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.
