- 1. In a small bowl, beat the goat cheese, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar until smooth.
- 2. Serve with apple, assorted veggies and bread slices.
- 3. Note: You Can Mix In Any of The Following Herbs, for more flavor: Rosemary, finely chopped Fresh Thyme, finely chopped Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped Fresh Basil, finely chopped Tarragon Finely Chopped Chives, cut into small pieces
