Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside. Mix together all cake ingredients per box directions and spread half of batter into greased 13x9 pan.
- 2. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over first layer of batter. Pour remaining batter on top. Swirl butter knife in large circles in cake layers. Bake.
- 3. Cool until warm. While cooling cake, mix together powdered sugar, margarine, and water to make glaze. Spread glaze over entire cake. Serve and enjoy.
