HONEY FRUIT COMPOTE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can (20oz) pineapple chunks
2 cans (110z) mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tbl lemon juice

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In large bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, grapes and kiwi. Measure reserved pineapple juice and add watter, if necessary, to make 1 cup liquid. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, honey and lemon juice. Pour over fruit, cover. Chill until ready to serve.
