Horseradish Cheese Dip image

Yield 2 cups (480 g)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup (60 ml) stout or lager beer
1/4 cup (50 g) soft tofu
1/4 pound (115 g) cream cheese
3/4 pound (340 g) cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup (25 g) horseradish
2 tablespoons (20 g) diced red onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  • 2. Select Variable 1.
  • 3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  • 4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
  • 5. Stop machine after 30 seconds of blending to scrape down sides if necessary.
