Horseradish Cheese Spread image

This is an easy recipe for family gatherings or parties! Not too many kids care for the horseradish flavor and spice... but it is a big hit with grown-ups! The basic ingredients made a great cheese spread with or without horseradish, sometimes I add other ingredients to change it up a bit.

This recipe was a little too complicated for me. I think I'll stick to my usual cheese spread recipe.

I found this cheese spread to be a bit bland. I think it could have used more horseradish.

I'm not a big fan of horseradish, but this cheese spread was surprisingly good. The horseradish flavor was mild and it went well with the cheese.
