Steps:
- 1. Add the butter to a large pot. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the potatoes and just enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and mix in the chicken broth and the tomato sauce
- 2. Add the green beans and peas. Simmer 15 minutes. Add the hot dogs and simmer 10 more minutes until potatoes are soft.
